Please read these terms carefully before registering or using the vb811 platform. By accessing your account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vb811 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on vb811, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. vb811 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on vb811, all of the following eligibility conditions must be satisfied at all times:

  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities, organisations, bots, or automated scripts may not register accounts.

  • You must register with accurate and complete personal information. Providing false details — including your name, date of birth, or contact information — is grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on vb811. The Platform uses technical and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. If a second account is detected, vb811 may close one or both accounts, withhold any bonuses credited to duplicate accounts, and may forfeit pending withdrawals pending a full review of the accounts' activity.

Account Security Obligations

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your credentials with any third party.
  • You must notify vb811 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
  • vb811 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player sharing their login details or failing to maintain appropriate account security.
  • vb811 will never request your password through any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from vb811 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.

Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting vb811 support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the withdrawal method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts under active investigation for fraud or abuse may be restricted from immediate closure pending resolution.

Deposits & Withdrawals

vb811 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). vb811 does not accept cash payments, bank transfers, or cryptocurrency. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

Deposit Rules

  • The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though vb811 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for unusually large deposits.
  • Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party funding — depositing from an account belonging to another person — is strictly prohibited.
  • Deposits are credited to your vb811 account in real time in the vast majority of cases. Delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times are outside vb811's control.
  • vb811 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check the fee schedule of your chosen payment method.

Withdrawal Rules

  • Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
  • Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operating hours. The majority of withdrawals are completed within 30 minutes to a few hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed on the next available business day.
  • KYC verification must be completed before a player's first withdrawal can be processed. Players are encouraged to submit KYC documents proactively after account registration to avoid delays.
  • Any active wagering requirement on a bonus must be fully satisfied before the associated bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) can be included in a withdrawal.
Withdrawal note: vb811 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, or if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity associated with the account.

Bonuses & Promotions

vb811 offers a range of promotional bonuses including the 200% first-deposit welcome bonus and periodic ongoing promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Specific bonus campaigns may carry additional conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented.

  • Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed account registration. Players who have self-excluded from promotions are not eligible to claim bonus offers.
  • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual offer's terms.

  • Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times by creating duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

vb811 monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to deny or reverse any bonus where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a system error, or in breach of these Terms.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on vb811 are provided by certified third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited. vb811 does not manipulate, influence, or have the ability to alter game outcomes. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb811 expressly disclaims all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive:

  • Losses arising from a player's own gambling decisions, including losses incurred during play with real-money or bonus funds.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which vb811 is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through vb811 customer support should be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
